Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Hayara. If you’re not, we’re here to help. We currently do not return or exchange unless the item has manufacturing defects. If you received an incorrect order, you must have prior written approval at support@hayara.com before the return will be accepted. we’re happy to accommodate and correct the issue. Please review our returns policy below:
Eligibility for Returns:
- Item must be returned within 5 days of receipt.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping.
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Promotional/Final sales items are not refundable.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.
How to Initiate a Return:
- Contact our customer support team via email or phone.
- Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- We’ll guide you through the return process.
Refunds:
- Once we receive the returned item, we’ll inspect it.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Cancellation
Order Cancellation:
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Contact us immediately if you wish to cancel.
- If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow the returns process.
Refused Deliveries:
- If you refuse delivery of an order, we’ll treat it as a return.
- Refund will be processed as per our returns policy.
